Under 18 Under-weight
Muscle build program - Your weight is on the lighter side of things and you could do with a few extra kilo's on your frame. Achieve this by building lean muscle mass, making your body stronger and healthier. Incorporate our expert information and nutrition advice with workout programs designed to build muscle mass. This can be done from the home or gym environment.. Elite Athlete core and power - Designed for the trained athlete, this core and power based program will improve speed, agility and core strength. Be guided by your choice of trainer.  
         
Bone Builder - This program is designed to build the muscle supporting your bones and in turn, increase bone density. If you have a serious bone density problem it's recommended you join the Pro Active Start program to gain access to expert advice and an individualised program. Balanced and Stable - Do you feel you need to be stronger and improve your posture? The Balanced and Stable program is all about general stability, strength and aerobic fitness to tone and strengthen the body. Circuit activities and a healthy fitness program maintain your weight and increase energy levels.  
     

19-25 Normal Range
Trim and Taught - Are you happy with your weight but would like to tone up the flab or sculpt your muscles a little? This maintenance program is designed for the normal weight range member who'd like a little more definition on their body. Based around general fitness principles, Trim and Taught tones specific body areas. Challenger - Move to the next level. Choose a challenge and train to achieve a new goal, whether it be a fun run, mini triathlon or bike ride. The choice is yours, but for those who need a little inspiration and a push, don't worry, we've got some events up our sleeves!  
         
Home and Healthy - Intermediate and advanced programs you can do from home or at the office, at your own pace. Home and Healthy revolves around the principle of efficiency, ensuring you get the most out of your time. Consider it a challenge to get fit and healthy. Gym Junkie 1 - Gym/weights based program for the gym junkie or member wanting to build muscle and strength. As some would say, it's for those wanting to get seriously ripped! Gym Junkie 1 follows an intense weights program and requires commitment and a good bill of health to get you started.  
     

26-30 Over- Weight
Home and Healthy - (Beginner, Intermediate) Beginner and intermediate programs you can do from home or the office in your own time. Based around challenging programs that will see you step towards your new fit and healthy lifestyle. Balance and Beauty - Balance and Beauty is about toning up and feeling great, especially for new members who want to feel beautiful again. It aims to balance the body through the use of aerobic/cardio training and before you know it, you'll be on track for a fit and healthy lifestyle.  
         
Get Moving - It's time to get moving, lose weight and snap back into action! Get Moving is ideal for people wanting to move into the healthy weight range and can be used for the beginner to an advanced fitness level. A series of different activities and sport challenges get the body moving. Take the Challenge - Use our expert nutrition and weights program to modify your weight, increase your mobility and make your heart and muscles stronger. Take the Challenge follows a light to moderate weights program.  
         
Gym Junkie 2- Gym/weights based program for the gym junkie or member wanting to build muscle and strength. As some would say, it's for those wanting to get seriously ripped! Gym Junkie 2 follows an intense weights program with a little more variety than Gym Junkie 1.      
     

31-40 Very Over- Weight
Walking the Distance - Set yourself a challenge and walk the distance until you reach it. This program relies on the use of a pedometer with which you'll record your miles until you reach your challenge. Home and Healthy - Beginner - Beginner circuit programs you can do from home or the office in your own time. Aimed at maximizing the time you have, and efficiency of exercise. Home and Healthy for beginners is a challenging program to lead you towards your fit and healthy lifestyle.  
         
Balanced and Stable - Do you need to gain some mobility and movement in your joints and increase your balance and stability? Then this program is for you! Revolving around balancing and gentle stabilization exercises, it helps improve your quality of life and gives you a new start to balanced lifestyle.      
It is important with a high BMI to gain your GP's approval to take part in these fitness programs.

41+ Obese

Do you have a background of heart problems, cholesterol or a family history of heart-related conditions? If so, then Healthy Heart is a must-do for you, beginning with some light aerobic exercise and nutrition advice. At this BMl it's recommended you join the Pro Active Start Program to assure your program is specific for your body and background.  
         
Balanced and Stable - Do you need to gain some mobility and movement in your joints and increase your balance and stability? Then this program is for you! Revolving around balancing and gentle stabilization exercises, it helps improve your quality of life and gives you a new start to balanced lifestyle.

Alternate / Specific Programs
Ab Cruncher - Take the first step to creating your dreamy six-pack stomach. While Ab Cruncher is primarily designed to build the stomach muscles, it also works to balance your body by strengthening your lower back and surrounding muscles. Tri a Tri - Are you ready for the Tri Challenge? Follow this beginner to intermediate six-week program and complete your first official triathlon. Some group sessions also available in some Australian states.  
         
Run Run Run - Have you always said, "I just can't run"? Well, we'll teach you how with our Run, Run, Run program. Learn to apply tips and tricks to improve or begin your running career. Do your first five or 10 kilometer fun run after following our specific programs. Run, Run, Run requires a basic fitness level before starting. Power Plus - Power Plus revolves around plyometrics and power sessions and is aimed at the athlete who regularly participates in competition. Designed for those who want to get that extra edge over their opponents.  
         
Junior Active Start - Circuit and mixed fitness sessions for juniors (under 16) to get them moving, fit and healthy.
