When do I fit it in? How do I balance it with
my lifestyle?
Balance is the hardest part of fitting training
into your life style. You have to find out ways
to manage your time so you have time with family,
work, and play. Try setting out a weekly planner
including everything you have to do each week.
Then write a list of your priorities in the
notes section, and how much time they need per
week. Now try to schedule in the priorities
into your weekly planner, your exercise should
be one of these priorities, as well as family,
relationship, sleep, work, relaxation, etc.
You will see it fill up pretty quickly that
is why relaxation has to be used as a priority,
this can double up with family or relationship
or exercise if you find any of these relaxing,
assure you have some time for travel and preparation
and importantly some time just for you. This
timetable is not set in concrete however it
will help organize the way to fit things in
and to identify your priorities. Other things
which will help are things such as those in
“tips for starting exercise” check
it out.
