When
can I expect results?
Depending on your body type, results should
start to be evident after only two weeks. Generally
you will find your recovery heart rate decreases,
your strength starts to improve as the nerves
adapt to exercise and you feel stronger. After
4 – 6 weeks you will then feel a toning
affect from your muscle development which will
begin to change your shape and then you will
begin to lose weight. Each individual is different
some will begin to lose weight in the first
week as their body starts to exercise and eat
appropriately. Others may take longer due to
various reasons such as a toxin build up or
eating foods which are not agreeing to your
body. (Ask your trainer for details). To get
results quickly you need to be quite strict,
if you are changing your lifestyle to improve
it overall and something you are going to stick
to it is good to change things gradually to
assure you can have a lifestyle change and balance.
