Training Diary There
is nothing like feedback to see your improvement as you progress. This what the
Pro Active Living Training Diary provides. Your
weekly training diary is and essential part of your personal training. This is
where you or your trainer can monitor training progression through session that
are added to the diary on a daily basis. Clients can input daily their resting
heart rate, amount of hours slept, weight in kg and mood. The
training diary will also include time spent training per week for three different
exercises. Example aerobics, anaerobic and other. With all this information the
client and trainer can monitor progression via a graph that plots your personal
