The Pro Active Start Program is an excellent alternative to the traditional personal training program. While you may not have face-to-face contact with our personal trainers, they will regularly correspond with you via email and the website, providing workouts, nutrition advice and monitoring your progress. You also have the option of joining Pro Active Living's group training sessions at no extra cost.

After joining Pro Active Living online you need to select your personal trainer who will take control of your entire program via your toolbox. Your trainer will email you to ensure you're enjoying the workouts and seeing results, and you also have the flexibility to change trainers or program if you are not happy with your progress. Just let us know what's happening and we'll do our best to keep you on track.
